Updates: Navigating the New Practice Environment



As you return to treating patients, TDA is making sure you have up-to-date information and resources to help you navigate the new COVID-19 practice environment. We’ve listened to your feedback and made changes to our COVID-19 resources so that you can find the information you need, when you need it.

First, we’ve reorganized and updated our landing page (tda.org/COVID19-Resources). Now you can “Stay Informed,” keep updated about the “TSBDE COVID-19 Emergency Rule,” review “Frequently Asked Questions,” make sure you follow “COVID-19 Notification Requirements,” know the latest about “Personal Protective Equipment,” find helpful “Business Resources,” and customize “Patient Messaging” for your dental practice.

Second, we have recently updated individual sections with valuable new information. These include COVID-19 guidelines, answers to commonly asked questions, information on how to access emergency PPE if you are in need, and various templates to assist you with patient screening, dental team screening, and—if you ever need it—COVID-19 notification.

We hope these resources are helpful and complement the other activities we are taking to support you during this unprecedented time.
